Robb McDaniels is an entrepreneur who founded INgrooves (parent company "Isolation Network, Inc" ("IN")) in 2001, a music distribution company, when he saw an opportunity to bring popular European dance and electronic music recordings to the U.S. market. Today, INgrooves is the largest independently owned music distribution company in the world and manages over 4 million songs for thousands of artists and labels around the world. In 2008, Universal Music Group (UMG), selected Isolation Network, Inc. to digitally distribute all of their music in North America via its proprietary digital distribution platform. The association with UMG, along with the overall momentum with its independent label clients all over the world, resulted in a 10x increase in transaction volume flowing through the company’s worldwide distribution platform that connects its content partners to a global retail and consumer marketplace. In 2010, Shamrock Capital invested in IN, which enabled McDaniels and his team to acquire Fontana Distribution from UMG, adding more than 200 labels to the company’s roster in North America and giving them a strong physical distribution service to offer clients alongside their world-class digital platform. INgrooves Music Group now has three divisions: Distribution Services, INresidence Artist Services, and Rights Services divisions. INgrooves also has a sister division, INscribe Digital (established in 2010), which provides distribution and marketing services to book publishers and independent authors. == Early Life == Born in London to American parents, Robb attended Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut as well as the London School of Economics. He is based in Isolation Networks’ San Francisco, California headquarters. 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Robb McDaniels」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
